PREMIER CRICKET CLUB
University Cricket Club is one of sixteen clubs from across Perth competing in the WACA Premier District Cricket competition.
We field four teams across four grades each cricket season.
Every team plays a mixture of T20 (20 over), one-day (45/50 over) games and two-day (90 over) games.
Each club has two grounds, and alternates playing home/away each week.
Our main ground is at James Oval, UWA and our secondary ground is UWA Sports Park, Mt Claremont.
University Cricket Club was established in 1913, the same year the University of Western Australia opened its doors. As the University’s first sporting club, UCC has been part of Western Australian cricket for more than a century.
We have been crowned the best performing overall club (Club Champions) in WA Premier Cricket for the past two years in a row.
